Discount Codes
Should you find yourself in the lucky situation of gaining a discount code. Simply enter the code into the designated box to receive the reduction on your purchase. Discount codes cannot be used through our subscription service.

Only one code can be used at a time.

Returns/Refunds Policy.

Due to COVID-19 we do not accept returns or refunds. However, if products have broken or damaged during delivery contact us through email. 

Delivery:

We try our best to get our orders out as quickly as possible, but please give us 1 business day to process your order then apply the following guidelines. Very occasionally these guidelines may differ due to reasons uncontrollable to us. Please feel free to get in touch with us through our email if you’re wondering where your order is. On the other hand occasionally orders can come faster than this! If you’re impressed with our deliveries, we’d love some feedback on Facebook. Due to Covid-19 these guidelines may differ due to backlog of post internationally. Apply the following guidelines

  • United Kingdom: First Class (1-3 working days)
  • USA/Australia: International Standard (6-8 working days)
  • Europe: International Standard (5-6 working days
  • Rest of the world: 3-14 working days.
When your box ships the website will update with the tracking number for you to be able to track it’s progress to you. Should you have an issue with your delivery please contact us through email: beardieboxuk@gmail.com
